北京设计产业发展形势与创新战略

　　由北京首推的“科技+设计”为核心特征的发展模式，集成科学技术、文化艺术与社会经济要素，基于智力和创意，利用现代科技手段，提升生产、生活价值和品质的创新活动，推动首都经济向“高精尖”发展。设计产业已成为促进北京科技与文化紧密融合，提升产业核心竞争力和城市品质，服务全国科技创新中心建设的重要途径。

　　Abstract

　　From Beijing the first “technology + design” as the core characteristics of the mode of development，integration of science and technology，culture，arts and social economic factors，based on intelligence and creativity，by means of modern technology，to enhance the value and quality of life and production，innovation activity，promote the capital’s economic development “sophisticated”. Design industry has become the promotion of Beijing science and technology and culture，enhancing the core competitiveness of industry and urban quality，an important way to build a national science and technology innovation service center.
