摘要：

　　随着数字媒体的快速发展，版权保护制度受到真正的挑战。2014年数字媒体与传统媒体的版权之争层出不穷，矛盾频发，成为当前热点。对此，我国政府以保护数字版权，规范网络转载为主要任务，通过积极监管来应对技术发展带来的版权问题，保障媒体发展环境。

　　Abstract：

　　This report is a summary of the digital media management in 2014. With the rapid development of digital media，the copyright protection system faces real challenges. In this year，copyright disputes between digital media and traditional media emerged in endlessly and became a hot spot. The Chinese government takes the digital copyright protection and regulation of online reposts as its main tasks，actively supervises the copyright problem brought by technological development，in order to maintain the media developmental environment.
