未成年人涉性犯罪实证研究——

    以海淀区人民检察院31件案件为分析样本

　　摘要

　　性犯罪已经成为未成年人犯罪的重要犯罪类型。社会、家庭、学校、传媒以及生理、心理等因素都对未成年人实施性犯罪具有一定影响。应当加强社会综合治理，控制色情资讯，强化家庭、学校的教育和监管，发挥司法机关及其他社会力量的作用，有效治理未成年人性犯罪。

　　Abstract

　　The sex crime has become an important role in minor crime. Society、family、school、media、physiology and psychology have some influence on the minors to commit the crime of sex. So，we should strengthen the comprehensive management to effectively control of minor crime of sex. we should control of media obscene，and improve the education and supervision of the family and school. In the same time，we should give full play to the judicial organ and other social forces.
